Dinner is Served.

And Dinner is Served

CASEY!!! CASEY!!! Whatchya doin Friday? I'll be having an "EVERYONE LOVES HEATHER" Dinner Party (weather allowing- outside). Wanna come? Huh? Wanna come?

First Course

~~Fresh Spinach Salad with a Hot Bacon Dressing (if I can ever find the damned recipe, again.)

~~Toasted Baguette and spiced butter spread.

Main Course

~~Chicken Cordon Bleu on a bed of Angel Hair Pasta served with a Creamy White Wine sauce.

~~(For those who find that foul) Slow Cooked Sweet Ham.

~~Twiced baked garlic potatoes

~~Seared, fresh garden vegetables steamed through orange rinds.

(I am not sure what wines Christian will pick for this but I'm sure they will be good.)

Dessert

~~Apple Pie served with Vanilla ice cream.

~~Fresh Strawberry Pie served with hand whipped cream

~~Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake

Come on, you know you want to come. Good food, great wine, (questionably) good conversation. It will be a blast. I'm really excited about getting to cook for people, again. I really hope you'll be there.
